Introduction:	The Education Bureau (EDB) organises annual dedicated briefing sessions for parents of NCS students to facilitate their understanding of the education support for NCS students’ learning of the Chinese language and the POA system.

Contents:	Education Support for NCS Students and POA 2022 Representatives from EDB Student Financial Assistance Representatives from Student Finance Office Q&A Session
Language:	Conducted in English, with interpretation in Hindi, Urdu, Nepali, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai and Punjabi
Target participants:	Parents of NCS students applying for POA 2022

Enrolment method:	Interested parents may enrol via email or by fax and please visit our webpage at https://www.edb.gov.hk/parentstalks_e for enrolment details of the above seminar (Code: 2106). You are NOT required to enrol once again if you have enroled through your respective kindergarten of your child’s attendance.
Enrolment deadline and time:	20 August 2021 (Friday) 11:59 p.m.

Special arrangements:

In case a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force/Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal no. 8 or above is hoisted at/after 4:00 p.m. on 2 September 2021, the respective briefing session will be cancelled without further notice.
In view of the latest developments of the epidemic situation, appropriate measures on social distancing and infection control will be implemented in the venue. Participants should wear masks and take body temperature before entering the venue. Those with fever or respiratory symptoms should not attend the briefing session.
Seminar cancelled will not be rearranged.
